1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Note: During high-demand periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.


2. US Shipping Options

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
Track your order using the provided link.

If you haven’t received your dispatch confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us at support@barrierclothing.shop.

5. Delivery Delays & Issues

We aim for timely delivery, but delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance
  • High seasonal demand
  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses

Please allow extra time during busy periods. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will be refunded minus shipping costs.
To receive the item, a new order must be placed.

7. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order shows as “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived:

  • Check with household members or neighbours
  • Contact your local delivery office
  • Reach out to us at support@barriersofficial.com with your order number

We’ll open an investigation with the courier to resolve the issue.


8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

For items marked as Pre-Order or Backorder, the estimated shipping date will be clearly shown on the product page.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order may ship once all items are available — unless requested otherwise.

9. Delivery Refusal or Missed Attempts

If you refuse delivery or miss all delivery attempts and the parcel is returned to us, we’ll issue a refund, excluding shipping costs.
